As a Scrum Master, you facilitate and coach four agile teams for the Business Operations value stream within the central IT organization of a public educational institution. You help the teams perform optimally by removing impediments, fostering collaboration, and stimulating a culture of continuous improvement. You work closely with Product Owners and other Scrum Masters to maximize value delivery within a SAFe environment.
You are a servant leader who guides the team in applying Agile principles and practices, ensuring that the Agile way of working aligns with organizational goals. The team is responsible for supporting IT services in the field of business operations for this institution, focusing on financial, logistical, and personnel processes.
What you will do.
- You facilitate Scrum events such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews
- You create a safe and inclusive work environment where open communication and feedback are central
- You support the Product Owner in backlog management and clearly formulating objectives
- You participate in the Scrum Master Community of Practice and contribute to knowledge sharing and professional development

- HBO/WO (higher professional education/university) work and thinking level
- Affinity with IT and ERP systems
- Good communication skills in Dutch (C1) and English (B2)
- Expertise in agile tooling such as JIRA is a plus
