What you will do.
- Work in a dedicated team with both experienced colleagues and starting professionals.
- Room for entrepreneurship and active contribution to the further development of services.
- Collaborate with employability coaches, managers, and HR professionals from clients.
- Work partly on-site at clients and partly in a hybrid mode.
- 1 to 2 days per week in the office for collaboration, development, and team meetings.
Profile
- Registered occupational physician.
- Creative thinking and looking beyond standard solutions.
- Shares the vision on sustainable employability and acts accordingly.
- Strong in asking the right questions.
- Radiates positivity and thinks in terms of opportunities and possibilities.
- Proactive and inspiring.
- Possesses a B driving license.
- A significant plus is being a trainer, following the trainer's course, or having the ambition to do so.
