What you do
- Responsible for diagnosis, treatment, and guidance of clients with psychological, cognitive, and behavioral issues.
- Fulfilling the role of primary therapist.
- Making a significant contribution to the development, implementation, and evaluation of treatment plans.
- Collaborating intensively with colleagues from various disciplines (psychologists, geriatric specialists, therapists, and healthcare professionals).
- Advising therapists, care teams, and relatives.
- Actively contributing to an optimal treatment environment.
- Contributing ideas to the further development of treatment policy and the professional group.
Profile
- Completed education as a GZ-psychologist (healthcare psychologist).
- Valid BIG registration.
- Demonstrable experience in elderly care, geriatrics, or the VVT sector.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Enjoys working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Affinity with complex care questions and vulnerable target groups.
