What you will do.
- Conduct consultations with employees from various SMEs.
- Provide occupational health guidance yourself, without task delegation.
- Guide employees through absenteeism and reintegration processes.
- Assess the capacity and possibilities of employees in relation to their work activities.
- Advise on return to work, sustainable employability, and potential workplace adjustments.
- Prepare clear feedback and advice, observing medical professional secrecy.
- Coordinate with employees, employers, and other involved professionals.
- Work according to applicable laws and regulations and professional guidelines within occupational health.
Profile
- A BIG-registered physician, registered as an occupational health specialist.
- Experienced in conducting consultations and guiding absenteeism and reintegration processes.
- Strong communication skills and pleasant in contact with employees and clients.
- Independent, professional, and capable of providing a thorough assessment and appropriate advice.
- Flexible and comfortable working for various SMEs.
