What you will do. As a Finance & Reporting Officer, you will combine accounting, analysis, and reporting. You will monitor the cash position, contribute to monthly and annual closings, and also deal with international transactions and foreign currencies. Thanks to this mix, no day is exactly the same, and you will not only work with figures but also be closely involved in the daily operations within the organization.
- First point of contact for invoicing questions and processing purchase invoices.
- Preparing the weekly cash planning.
- Requesting and following up on credits.
- Handling monthly VAT declarations and intra-community declarations.
- Contributing to accurate monthly and annual closings.
- Preparing periodic financial reports.
- Monitoring financial markets, with particular attention to the evolution of the dollar exchange rate and interest rates, and co-responsible for hedging exchange rate risks.
- Following up on insurance policies and exploring possible optimizations or better conditions.

Your qualifications.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accountancy-Taxation and initial relevant experience in Finance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experienced with ERP. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus.
- Experience in closings and financial reporting.
- Communicative and able to express yourself fluently in Dutch and English.
