For a dynamic hospital department, reinforcement is sought within a combined orthopedics and acute geriatrics unit. This is a temporary assignment where you will join a multidisciplinary team where quality of care and patient-centered work are central.
What you will do.
- Responsible for the daily care of patients in orthopedics and acute geriatrics
- Perform technical nursing procedures
- Monitor the general condition of the patient (physical and psychosocial)
- Collaborate closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals
- Actively contribute to high-quality and smooth care provision
- Observe, report, and intervene in a timely manner when necessary
- Ensure correct and accurate administration
- Contribute to a safe and structured working environment
- Deal with a varied patient population
- Flexibly switch between different care situations
What they ask
- Nursing diploma (bachelor or HBO5)
- Experience in orthopedics and/or geriatrics is a strong plus
- Good clinical insight and ability to set priorities
- Work accurately and take responsibility
- Strong communication skills and enjoy working in a team
- Easily adapt to a dynamic work environment
- Willingness to work early and late shifts
Practical
- Possibility of full-time employment, 80% is negotiable
- Employment possible as a self-employed person or as a temporary worker
- Market-conform remuneration depending on status and experience
