Group Contract Management Director

• You develop the CM strategy for the organization.
• You provide expertise and support for CM across W &G, turnkey, and Operations to key stakeholders and Executive Management.
• You ensure fully resourced and adapted personnel, adherence to best practices and procedures.
• You coordinate and interface with key stakeholders to ensure adapted support.
• You optimize Contract Management for the business.
• You develop and manage strategies for Contract Management.
• You oversee personnel development and organization.
• You develop and maintain good communications.
• You coordinate interfaces with other disciplines at the group level.
• You continuously optimize and standardize practices and processes.

What they ask

• Degree or MBA in one of the following disciplines: Business Management, Law, Construction Law, Engineering or Quantity Surveying.

• 20+ years of experience covering all aspects of contract management, including Claims, EPCI, and subcontract management.
• Broad experience in sales and lease contracts, in executing contract negotiation and claims.
• Experience of project execution interface.
• Experience within the Oil & Gas industry preferred.
