As a Caregiver IG, you will work intramurally or extramurally (in the community) at a healthcare organization. You are a proactive person who enjoys teamwork and doesn't mind taking on extra tasks when needed.
What you will do.
- Support clients in their daily care
- Monitor medication intake
- Perform technical nursing actions when necessary, according to individual care plans
- Develop individual care plans in consultation with clients, their informal caregivers, and the multidisciplinary team
- Encourage clients to engage in activities they are still capable of, with empathy
