BPV Teacher and Examiner Construction Infra Supervisor

• You primarily guide students remotely during their BPV and maintain contact with the student and practical supervisor.
• You support the student in achieving learning objectives and provide substantive feedback on their development and progress.
• You identify when adjustments are needed and coach the student and practical supervisor accordingly.
• You visit the BPV location at the beginning of the BPV period.
• You assess the student during the final practical examination at the workplace.

We are looking for self-employed professionals with current professional knowledge and an affinity for guiding and assessing MBO students. You recognize yourself in the following:

• You have a completed HBO bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Infrastructure, or a comparable relevant field.
• You possess extensive and current practical experience within construction and/or infrastructure, preferably as a supervisor or in a similar role.
• You have experience in guiding students or demonstrable didactic and educational experience at MBO level or higher.
• You are preferably qualified and/or experienced as a practical examiner.
• You have knowledge of the main outlines of the Construction/Infra Supervisor MBO program and the associated qualification files.
• You are willing to make one or more visits to the student's BPV location if necessary. As these locations can be spread out, you preferably have a driving license and your own transport.
• You possess good communication and social skills and are able to guide students in a pleasant and motivating way, even remotely.
• You are demonstrably legally independent (for example, through registration with the Chamber of Commerce and/or the use of a VAT number), and work from your expertise for multiple clients.
