The Information Internal Services team of a government organization is responsible for various applications, including a case management system and service management tooling.
- The team also manages e-identification, iBabs, Cognos, the intranet, and the organization's website.
- Facility applications will be taken into management in the coming months.
- The focus is on translating user requirements into system solutions and ensuring the smooth management and further development of applications and processes.
- You will play an important role in establishing a structured way of working, where clear choices are made based on priorities.

Profile
- You have a good overview of the big picture.
- You are hands-on in tackling issues within applications.
- You work in a team with two application administrators who perform technical application management.
- You focus on functional management and coordination with stakeholders.
What they ask
- Minimum completed HBO (higher professional education) degree in a relevant field, possibly supplemented with professional courses or certificates.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience as a functional administrator.

- Experience in performing the tasks required of a functional administrator in an internal services team.
- Experience in managing applications managed by the team.
- Create transparent insight into the work to be done or already completed at team level.
- Experience in managing websites.
- Experience in taking a guiding role within the team in creating and maintaining an overview of activities to be carried out.
