In this role, the focus is primarily external. You are responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with municipalities, companies, and social organizations. You inspire people for the mission of a social organization and build sustainable relationships.
What you will do.
- Maintain contact (usually online, sometimes offline) with municipalities to initiate new collaborations and maintain existing relationships. Expand the network of collaborating municipalities.
- Support the building and maintaining of relationships with companies that wish to support the organization.
- Develop collaborations with service clubs, business associations, churches, childcare organizations, and other social networks.
- Occasionally represent the organization during meetings, events, and fairs.
- Identify opportunities to further increase social impact and income.
- Manage your own relationship portfolio, including fulfilling agreements, timely contract renewals, sending correspondence, and keeping administration up-to-date.
- Record contact moments and agreements in the CRM system and monitor progress.
- Contribute ideas for new fundraising and relationship management opportunities.
- Work closely with the Communication & Fundraising Manager, Fundraiser, and liaise with the director and colleagues as needed.
Profile
- A true connector who easily builds lasting relationships.
- Enthusiastic about a social mission and commercially oriented.
- Independent and takes responsibility for their own portfolio.
- Structured and maintains an overview of contracts, administration, and follow-up.
- Easily switches between conversations and administrative tasks in the office, at home, and occasionally on location.
- Experience in sales, account management, relationship management, fundraising, or business development.
- Affinity with a social organization or a good cause.
