Benefits Coordinator

• Ensure smooth operations across EMEA benefits programs.
• Manage the enrollment process for new hires and internal transfers and assist existing employees during changes in our benefits offerings.
• Keep employee benefits records up-to-date, including employee changes and coverage updates, and work closely with HRIS to manage workflows and automation of our internal systems (i.e., Workday and Darwin).
• Support with creating clear benefit communications and enhancing and updating our internal and external benefits site.
• Prepare and submit required reports to brokers, external vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Create cost allocations, POs, and process invoices for payment.
• Work with our broker and insurance providers, and other third-party vendors to manage our benefits offerings.
• Assist with annual benefits renewals and vendor RFP processes across EMEA, coordinating input from brokers, finance, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide support to the Employee Services team in responding to employee benefit inquiries, issues, and escalations.
• Review and update benefits and mobility workflows and work instructions to ensure they reflect current processes and are accurate.
• Ensure contracts, vendor agreements, and key program documents are uploaded, organized, and maintained.

What they ask

• 2-4 years of HR or similar experience.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage different processes efficiently and with high degrees of accuracy and completeness.
• Ability to handle confidential information with good judgment, tact, and discretion.
• Sound understanding of HR or benefits standard methodologies for finance and records management.
• Experience with Workday is a plus.
