An assignment as an Industrial Tender Manager at a leading company in the industrial sector. You will be responsible for leading the tender process for industrial EPC projects.
What you do
- Lead the preparation, coordination, and submission of technical and commercial tenders for industrial EPC projects.
- Define bid strategies and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineering, procurement, planning, and legal.
- Oversee cost estimation, technical documentation, and ensure all tenders are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of Tender Engineers while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Drive the digitalization and optimization of tendering processes to support the organization's growth ambitions.
What they ask
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Tender Management within an EPC or industrial construction environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial piping, mechanical systems, or similar process installations.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Fluent in French and English, with strong organizational, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
