A postdoc is sought for a research project focusing on the skills and competencies public service providers need to apply the human dimension in their services. The project is funded by a national research funder and carried out by a small team of researchers.
What you will do.
- Conduct research and teach bachelor students.
- Responsible for two sub-studies: a (lab) experiment and a survey.
- Opportunity to participate in other sub-studies, both in a supervisory and more active role.
What they ask
- Completed doctoral thesis in a relevant discipline (public administration, sociology, psychology, or similar).
- Affinity with experimental research.
- Proficiency in the Dutch language.
- Ability to work independently, but also within and with the team.
- Experience with the research topic is a plus.
Practical
- The position has a scope of 0.8 FTE.
- Working from home is possible in consultation.
