What you do
- Support small groups of students in the classroom or in separate sessions.
- Assist teachers in preparing and conducting lessons, including preparing materials.
- Regularly coordinate with teachers on student progress and any adjustments to the learning plan.

- Support teachers with tracking student progress and administrative tasks, such as updating student files.
- Work with children with specific educational needs, often due to learning or behavioral problems.
- Support various groups (groups 3/4, 5, 6, 7, and 8).

- A relevant MBO-4 diploma.
- Driven and experienced as an educational assistant. Some experience in special (primary) education is a plus.
- Empathy to effectively deal with students who need extra care and support them positively.
- The ability to quickly respond to changes in the classroom or in student behavior.
- Flexibility in adapting your approach depending on the individual needs of the students.
- Good communication skills and excellent command of the Dutch language.
