As a Recruiter or HR Consultant at an organization, you connect people with work and ensure that candidates, flexible employees, and clients are well-assisted. You conduct interviews with candidates, identify their wishes and ambitions, and guide them through the application process. Additionally, you maintain contact with clients, write job descriptions, and ensure that contracts and other administrative tasks are processed accurately.
One day you conduct intake interviews and actively search for candidates, another day you visit a client, support flexible employees with their questions, or ensure that personnel planning is in order. You will have ample opportunity to take initiative, create opportunities, and fulfill your role in your own way.

Profile
You are energized by human contact, easily switch between different tasks, and have a good sense of what candidates, flexible employees, and clients need. You take initiative, maintain an overview, and enjoy collaborating to find the best match.
What they ask
- Mbo+ or Hbo working and thinking level
- Good command of Dutch and English
- Experience in recruitment, HR, administration, customer contact, or a commercial role
- Strong communication skills and easily builds relationships
- Works accurately and maintains an overview when many things are happening simultaneously
- Proactive, involved, and thinks in possibilities
- In possession of a B driving license and own transport
Preferences.
- German language proficiency is a plus
- Experience as a manager in retail or hospitality
