Project Manager SAP CRM & S 4HANA

• Manage the overall scope definition, planning, and delivery of major enterprise projects
• Coordinate between various technical delivery teams to ensure a unified end-to-end solution
• Monitor project performance and progress, including resource planning and budget allocation
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage expectations through regular reporting and executive dashboards
• Analyze complex business processes to translate functional requirements into actionable project deliverables
• Implement risk and issue management strategies to safeguard project timelines and quality

What they ask

• 10+ years of project management experience in IT environments delivering medium to large-scale projects
• 3+ years experience specifically with SAP CRM and SAP S/4HANA solutions
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as PM², PMBOK, PRINCE2
• Experienced in managing cross-application processes and middleware integrations like SAP PI or SAP CPI
• Professional expertise in stakeholder negotiation, conflict resolution, and decision facilitation
• Experience using JIRA for project tracking and management
• Proactive and solution-oriented with excellent executive communication skills
• Fluent in English (C-level) and either Dutch or French (C-level) with at least B2 level in the other language

Nice to Haves.

• Experience with SAP CDC, CIAM, and SAP Sales & Service Cloud Version 2
• Knowledge of ServiceNow for operational workflows
• Experience in a railway context or functional domains like lead-to-contract and GDPR
• Familiarity with Sqills (S3) integration
• Broad functional knowledge of various SAP modules
