As a nurse specialist, you play a central role within the team. You combine substantive treatment with management, collaboration, and professional coordination. Specifically, this means you will:
- Act as a (co-)therapist
- Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team (psychiatrists, psychologists, nurse specialists, social psychiatric nurses, case managers, and outpatient counselors)
- Participate and contribute ideas on complex case studies
- Actively contribute to the quality and continuity of care
