Within an organization working on challenging projects such as the construction of new office buildings, sustainable homes and apartments, theaters, swimming pools, or the transformation and sustainability of existing buildings, you will be involved in the design phase. There is an interest in applying sustainable techniques. You will strengthen the plan preparation department.
What you do
- You are (co-)responsible for the realization of designs and pricing.
- You create technical designs.
- You calculate the necessary materials and resources and request quotations for them.
- You calculate the final cost price of the chosen installation technology and plumbing work within projects.
- You base your calculations on existing documents such as specifications, work descriptions, or PVE.
- You contribute to the selection of installation concepts and associated pricing, often from the concept phase onwards.
- You know what is needed in terms of materials, resources, and time to successfully realize these projects.

- MBO 4 working and thinking level.
- A completed education in installation technology or mechanical engineering is a plus.
- Work experience within installation technology.
- You are practical, analytical, and eager to learn.
