What you will do.
- Conduct viewings of rental properties.
- Perform transfer inspections when a property is rented out.
- Explain the rental process to homeowners.
- Take property photos to support descriptions.
- Guide tenants in finding a suitable home.
- Work flexibly, meet people, and not be tied to a desk.
Responsibilities.
- Think independently and autonomously, working in close contact with the office.
- Be the first point of contact for tenants during viewings and property handovers.
- Ensure a professional and reassuring experience for tenants and owners.
Profile
- Presentable freelancer (ZZP'er).
- Flawless Dutch and good English.
- A keen eye for people and legal precision.
- Background in rental, real estate, relocation, law, and/or brokerage is a plus.
- Flexible schedule, available on weekdays (often during the day).
- Good knowledge of the local area and willing to travel by bike.
