What you will do.
- Support and guide families in resolving various support needs.
- Strengthen their problem-solving abilities, with the family and tailored solutions at the core.
- Freedom to follow the most appropriate and sustainable path for the family, with the child's safety as the baseline.
- Ensure that children, young people, and families maintain or regain control over their own lives.
- Involve partners, significant others, the network, or informal care in the neighborhood where necessary.
- Provide basic assistance from a neighborhood team or educational team (secondary vocational/higher education).
- Collaborate with a colleague on each case.
- Participate in regular case consultations with the entire team for feedback and reflection.
- A lot of responsibility and freedom in organizing your own work and schedule.
- Opportunities for input and representation in working groups, both at the neighborhood and urban levels.

- A completed HBO (higher professional education) or WO (university) degree.
- A BIG or SKJ registration (or prospect thereof).
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with ambulatory work.
Practical
- Attention to personal and professional development through intensive collaboration, case consultations, and intervisions.
- Employment conditions in accordance with the CAO-Jeugdzorg (Youth Care Collective Labor Agreement).
- A starting salary in scale 9 with the possibility to grow to scale 10.
- A one-year contract with the possibility of extension.
- A smartphone and laptop for work.
- An accredited practical program for registration as a youth and family professional (if no SKJ registration yet).
- Free access to an online platform for mental well-being, including 1:1 sessions with psychologists and group sessions.
