An organization is in full development and is working behind the scenes on the further setup and future-proofing of HR. At the same time, regular HR work continues. An experienced HR professional is sought who can quickly step in, independently take on tasks, and ensure calm and continuity within HR.
What you will do.
- Support the HR manager and independently tackle various HR issues and tasks.
- Ensure robust HR execution and good support for employees and the organization.
- Independently handle regular and all-round HR activities.
- Advise and support employees and managers on HR issues.
- Contribute to the further setup and professionalization of HR.
- Support organizational and staffing issues.
- Conduct and support discussions with employees.
- Draft conceptual placement proposals.
- Establish, evaluate, and adapt job profiles.
- Identify HR issues and take independent action.
- Act as a sparring partner for the HR manager.
Profile
- Experienced HR professional who is immediately deployable.
- Several years of experience as an HR employee, HR advisor, or in a comparable role.
- Preferably experience within a housing corporation.
- Broad knowledge of HR and employment conditions.
- Operationally strong and skilled in advising.
- Independent and proactive.
- Identifies what is needed and takes action on their own initiative.
- Communicates easily with employees, managers, and colleagues.
- Organizationally sensitive and able to weigh different interests well.
- Can handle change, dynamics, and an organization in transition well.
- Flexible in working, quickly creating an overview, and stepping in where expertise is most needed.
- Experience with organizational development, reorganizations, or other change processes is a plus.
- Feels comfortable in an organization where not everything is already fixed and independence is valued.
