What you do
As a freelance Workplace Architect, you take responsibility for office layout projects from A to Z. You naturally transition from macro vision to site management.
Your missions:
- Consulting & Co-creation: Listen, understand, and advise clients to translate their needs into concepts.
- Design: Imagine and develop coherent, functional, and aesthetic workspaces.
- Technical agility: Adapt, evolve, and create detailed 2D and 3D plans according to constraints, prepare technical files, and select materials.
- Project follow-up: Coordinate partner companies, monitor construction sites, and ensure quality until final delivery.
Profile
We are primarily looking for a committed personality who enjoys transforming ideas into concrete achievements.
- Hybrid profile: You are a versatile architect, equally comfortable with creative design and technical and operational rigor.
- Key attitudes: Organized, reliable, with great listening skills and patience, you seek to build real solutions.
- Mastered tools: Excellent command of AutoCAD, SketchUp, the Adobe Suite, and MS Office.
- Languages: You are bilingual French/Dutch or French/English.
- Organization: Capable of managing more than one project at a time while maintaining a high level of quality, rigor, and organization.
