You contribute to various change requests and projects, either at the request of the business partner or in support of an organization's SAP Service Center. You are responsible for supporting the delivered solutions, particularly regarding SAP components and associated integrations. You will be involved in both run and build activities.
What you do
- Analyze the root cause of incidents and problems and propose solutions as quickly as possible
- Deliver both short-term solutions (workarounds) and sustainable long-term solutions
- Analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements, including fit/gap analyses between current and future processes
- Prepare functional specifications related to SAP solutions and transfer them to developers for implementation, ensuring proper follow-up
- Configure SAP solutions where necessary
- Define test scenarios and perform functional tests of solutions
- Develop training material for end-users and key users
- Build knowledge within the SAP Service Center and support colleagues and key users through documentation, knowledge-sharing sessions
- Provide operational support to key users during user acceptance testing (UAT) and system implementations
- Perform daily checks and monitoring activities
Profile
- Extensive expertise in SAP SD/MM (S/4HANA)
- Experience with SAP IBP/OBP
- Experience with SAP EWM is a plus
- Language requirements: Dutch and English
