Experience in FI module and hands-on experience in General Ledger specifically New GL Concept, Payment Concepts-Down payment Dunning, Payment Orders, Security Deposit.
- Receivables - Installment plan, Liquidation order of Exchange rate, Banks, Cash Management, Credit management, – Liquidity forecast/Planner, Exchange Rate.
- Asset Account – AUC, Retirement, Asset acquisition with PO and without Order, Post Revaluation and Material Ledger.
- Managing implementation partners on the proposed design until closure to UAT.
- Carry out Month end closing using Task in FCLOCO (Closing cockpit) and the concept of Automatic Closing.
- Be able to perform Enhancement of project tasks including developing detailed work plans, manage status.
- Experience in Design, configuration, Enhancement and testing of FI & CO cross functional areas like SD, MM, PP & PS processes.
- Experience in Creating FSP for all WRICEF objects.
- Taking appropriate action to resolve operational incidents.
- Maintaining service tickets with appropriate information.
- Liaising with the FI team to support incident resolution.
- Ensuring support targets and SLAs are met consistently.
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an SAP Functional Analyst in FICO and BW reporting projects.
- Deep understanding of SAP FICO processes (General Ledger, Controlling, Profitability Analysis, Asset Accounting).
- Hands-on experience in SAP BW/4HANA or BW on HANA (data models, Info Providers, ADSOs, Composite Providers, queries).
- Experience writing functional specifications, test cases, and documentation.
- Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Exposure to SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud).
- 3+ years of experience in SAP FICA and FICO functional testing or support projects.
- Strong understanding of SAP FICA processes: Contract Accounts, Billing/Invoicing Integration, Payments, Clearing, Dunning, and Collections.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO modules: General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Controlling, Profit Centers, and Reconciliation.
- Hands-on experience in system testing, integration testing, and UAT execution for SAP Finance solutions.
- Experience preparing test cases, test data, defect reports, and functional documentation.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple testing cycles in parallel.
