For an organization, we are looking for a freelance HR professional who can step in quickly and contribute to daily HR operations. This involves an HRBP profile with a strong payroll foundation.
What you will do.
- Support with employee payroll
- Drafting employment contracts and managing personnel administration
- Following up on HR files and insurance
- Supporting the HR manager and the broader HR team
- Contributing to and supporting ongoing HR processes and projects (e.g., absenteeism, training)
