- Sets up social projects and organizes cultural events.
- Manages a creative hub on behalf of a municipality, with the task of keeping it lively and improving facilities.
- You will join a close-knit, creative, and passionate team.
What you do
- First point of contact for tenants and visitors of the building.
- Facilitate collaborations between tenants.
- Building maintenance (scheduling repairs, multi-year maintenance, renovation planning).
- Organize events for the building and/or the neighborhood.
- Contact with the municipality and tenant association regarding management matters.
- Recruit new tenants that fit within the creative hub.
- Maintain the flexible workspace.
- Key management.
- Keep signage up-to-date.
- Ensure a pleasant workplace for all tenants.
- Discuss wishes and needs with tenants.
- Be visible and accessible to tenants throughout the week.
- Work closely with marketing & communication for clear internal and external visibility.
- Brainstorm new concepts with the artistic director for cross-pollination within the building.
