What you do
- Responsible for a professional and effective sales process in sustainable waste management.
- Actively pursue new deals through cold and warm acquisition and independently build a strong client portfolio in the Benelux.
- Ensure an expert, client-focused approach and effectively convert opportunities into results.
- Responsible for the entire sales trajectory: from cold acquisition and relationship management to negotiations and closing the deal.
- Identify market needs and strategically position the value proposition accordingly.
- Convincingly present the organization's value and demonstrate how business and sustainable impact are made.
- Play an important role in the tender process, responsible for timely and adequate follow-up of relevant tenders.
- Identify opportunities and act quickly to connect new partners and close deals.
- Ensure a professional and efficient contract management process.
- Timely coordinate commercial proposals before engaging with prospects.
- Monitor the accuracy and quality of agreements and ensure a timely and adequate transfer of agreements to the account manager.
What they ask
- Minimum 5 years of proven success in acquiring new business in a B2B environment, with responsibility for the entire sales trajectory.
- A proactive networker (internal, external, online, and offline).
- Presents the value proposition in an effective, distinctive, and consistent manner.
- Strategically and conceptually well-grounded.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and French; English is a plus.
- Ability to connect and build support at various levels.
- HBO or academic working and thinking level.
Practical
- Daily rate of €500 per day as a freelancer.
- A sustainable, comprehensive, and flexible mobility plan.
- Regular discussions with the manager about ambitions and personal development.
