As a product manager, you go beyond mere management. You are responsible for the development and renewal of insurance products for road and water transport. You think ahead: what will be relevant in one to three years? And how does that translate into the organization's products?
What you will do.
- You analyze figures and trends and translate them into concrete improvements.
- You take the lead in projects for product development and innovation.
- You work closely with colleagues from commerce, IT, and actuarial departments, among others.
- You keep the portfolio healthy: profitability, quality, and market position.
- You engage in discussions, gather input, and make decisions.
Profile
- Higher professional education (HBO+) / university level
- 3-5 years of experience in product management or a comparable role
- Experience in managing profitability and customer needs
- Ability to translate trends into actions and drive them to realization
- Digital mindset: you use data and tools to work smarter
- Strong communication skills: from specialists to the Board of Directors
- Knowledge of the insurance world is a plus, but eagerness to learn and pace will make the difference.
