What you do

Guidance and support during consultations.
Assisting with treatments and procedures.
Independently handling care questions, in collaboration with the doctor.
Guiding and reassuring children and their parents in the outpatient operating room.
Administering hearing and allergy tests.
Receiving patients at the reception desk.
Recording findings, diagnoses, and performed actions in the patient file (DBC registration).
Handling incoming and outgoing mail and email, and managing incoming phone calls.

Completed MBO degree as a doctor's assistant.
Good typing skills, relevant knowledge, and demonstrable proficiency in various automation systems.
Knowledge of an electronic patient file system.
Flexibility regarding working days, times, and locations, with Friday being a fixed working day.
Stress-resistant, even with unexpected urgent questions.
Able to set priorities well and switch quickly when the situation demands it.
Good social and communication skills.
Service- and customer-oriented attitude.
Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Work in an outpatient clinic that goes beyond general care, with an active role in a Sleep Center and collaboration in a Head and Neck Oncology center.
Contribute to scientific research.
The outpatient clinic is a varied environment with an enthusiastic and patient-friendly team of 8 doctors and 22 doctor's assistants.
