It is a market leader in risk management and management information in healthcare, working for over 100 healthcare institutions, including hospitals, mental health institutions, nursing homes, and organizations in district nursing, youth care, disability care, and general practitioners.

What you do

You not only understand current processes but also identify opportunities and aspire to grow into a Product Owner, Technical Lead, or even CTO role. As a Data Specialist, you will:

  • Bridge the gap between IT, business, and AI developments.
  • Play a key role in maintaining and developing products, data models, and services.
  • Identify risks, improvement opportunities, and growth potential, translating them into smart solutions.
  • Analyze and structure customer data using SQL, Python, and proprietary tooling.
  • Collaborate closely with consultants, developers, and clients on innovative data applications, including AI-driven modules.
  • Coach colleagues and contribute to building a strong, future-oriented team.

Profile

You are analytically sharp, a strong communicator, and energized by pioneering. You feel at home in an environment where content, collaboration, and impact are central.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis or data specialist roles, preferably in or for healthcare.
  • You take initiative and ownership.
  • Technically proficient in Python, SQL, AI, and ML applications.
  • Curious about new technology, quick to grasp concepts, and not afraid to take responsibility.
  • Strong in collaborating with people from various disciplines.
  • You hold a university master's degree in (technical) informatics, data science, AI, or a related field.
  • You have the potential and ambition to grow towards a Product Owner, Technical Director, or CTO role.
