This assignment is within the Defense/Steel construction sector at a leading technology supplier.
What you do
- You translate customer requirements into a suitable mechanical design.
- You support Sales in preparing quotations and successfully selling products.
- You collaborate with the Lead Design Engineer where necessary to weigh different technical solutions and make well-founded technical decisions.
- You are involved in the complete product lifecycle, from the quotation stage and design to the actual realization of the product in the internal factory.
- You contribute ideas on new technologies and methodologies to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of its market.
What they ask
- Extensive experience with complex engineering issues.
- Completed Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
- Knowledge of mechanical design.
- Willingness to travel internationally occasionally.
- Dutch nationality.
