As an HR Advisor, you play a key role in the well-being of employees in stores and contribute to achieving collective results. Together with district managers, you ensure that teams enjoy their work and continue to develop. You work independently in your regions and are visible in the stores, where you have contact with all employees and put HR topics on the agenda.
What you will do.
- Act as a sparring partner for 3 to 4 District Managers and the store management of approximately 50 branches.
- Work purposefully and systematically according to the People Plan, contributing to the growth and development of both people and the organization.
- Coach District Managers and (Assistant) Store Managers to optimally guide and support store teams in their daily activities.
- Provide solicited and unsolicited advice on various HR topics, utilizing all available data.
- Actively contribute to the further development of HR policy and instruments.
- Play a role in projects aimed at supporting employees in the stores, for example, during the implementation of new processes and policies.
Profile
- Completed HBO (higher professional education) degree in HRM or a similar field.
- Work experience in a comparable (mobile) HR advisory role.
- Willingness to travel.
- Experience in retail is a plus.
- Excellent command of the Dutch language, both verbally and in writing.
- Hands-on mentality, stress resistance, and flexibility.
- Ability to quickly make connections and take action.
- Personal leadership and a high degree of independence.
