In a hospital school, education, care, and rehabilitation are offered in an integrated manner in rehabilitation classes.

What you do
- Function as a teacher in the learning center, where primary school children process learning material at their own pace.
- The learning center brings together children from the entire primary school, including children with autism, neuromuscular disorders, cerebral palsy, and developmental disorders.
- Develop a customized pedagogical offering for the students in consultation with the teaching team.
- Provide teaching and learning activities (with a focus on arithmetic, language, and spelling) at the level of the students in the learning center.
- Stimulate the cognitive, motor, creative, and social development of the students.
- Support students in implementing (learning) aids in consultation with the multidisciplinary team.
- Monitor action-plan-based work and work with the new minimum objectives and curricula.
- Complete the necessary administration (agenda, registers, and action plans).

- Possess the necessary pedagogical skills to provide a correct and tailored educational offering and approach for each child.
- Be a team player and collaborate smoothly within a multidisciplinary team.
- Communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team, colleagues, and supervisor.
- Be flexible and able to handle changing circumstances in your daily schedule.
- Have a great sense of responsibility for the students.
- Work in a child-oriented, creative, and enthusiastic manner.
