Organize and secure as an Electrical Work Preparer/Technical Work Preparer for building-related installations in utility projects from intake to handover. You structure work packages, work instructions, TRAs, and work permits, keep schedules in SAP up-to-date, and prevent surprises during execution. The technical core: tight coordination of electrical installations and instrumentation with a focus on safety, quality, scope, and contractual agreements.
You translate client and supplier requirements into executable packages so that the execution team can work with maximum availability and efficiency. You will work for an installer in utility construction and industry, specializing in building-related electrical installations and industrial automation solutions. The organization designs, realizes, manages, and maintains installations with a clear focus on sustainability, digitalization, and integrated installation technology.
Multidisciplinary teams with mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and construction collaborate integrally from engineering and work preparation to execution, in accordance with current laws and regulations for reliable, efficient, and safe processes. Through an internal academy, you can follow targeted education and training in installation technology and industrial automation.
What you will do.
- Coordinate the preparation of electrical work on building-related installations from intake to handover for execution
- Prepare work packages, work instructions, TRAs, and work permits
- Inform the project team with current drawings, specifications, and revision documentation
- Create and maintain schedules and process data in SAP
- Request and compare quotations
- Maintain contact with suppliers
- Coordinate execution and details with the client
- Prepare calculations and quotations to substantiate scope and contractual agreements
- Monitor progress and adjust based on time, costs, quality
- Identify risks and intervene directly in operational and contractual deviations
- Report to management on progress, results, and project control

- MBO level 3/4 diploma in electrical engineering or energy technology
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the (petro)chemical industry or similar technical environment
- Demonstrable knowledge of materials, calculations, work documents, schedules
- Experience with coordinating/preparing electrical work, installation technology, and industrial automation
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations, work permits
- Ability to work accurately, think ahead, and maintain an overview
