What you do
- You will strengthen the team as a Care Assistant (FWG 20), Helper (FWG 25), Helper Plus (FWG 30), or Nursing Assistant IG (FWG 35).
- You provide daily care and guidance to clients and residents.
- You build relationships with clients, residents, and colleagues.
- You participate in the team roster and collaborate with fixed teams.
- You gain experience in long-term care, rehabilitation & treatment, or work with clients in home care.
Profile
- You work in healthcare or are following a healthcare-related education.
- You possess your own means of transport.
- You prefer to work at the same location for a longer period.
- You value collaboration and building relationships with clients.
- You seek flexibility, but with structure and clarity.
Practical
- A salary in accordance with the VVT Collective Labor Agreement, depending on your position and experience.
- A period assignment at one location within the region.
- 8% holiday allowance and an 8.33% year-end bonus.
- Working with different target groups within one organization.
- Longer time at the same workplace with more continuity.
- A contract based on the annual hours system.
- You are part of the team where you work and build relationships with clients.
- A Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) and a screening are required.
