As a project leader, you are responsible for developing an implementation program for Housing, Welfare, and Care (WWZ). You bring together the social and spatial domains and work closely with societal partners to reach concrete, actionable agreements. The goal is to achieve a WWZ implementation program within seven months, enabling the organization to monitor progress on goals and actions and adjust where necessary.
The program forms the basis for collaboration with societal partners, including housing corporations and care and welfare organizations, on issues at the intersection of housing and care, such as aging, longer independent living at home, and the housing shortage for target groups with care needs.
What You Will Do.
- Coordinate the process surrounding the establishment of the WWZ implementation program
- Ensure the quality and feasibility of substantive contributions from internal and external participants
- Create support and align with administrative and official clients
- Provide a strong personal substantive contribution to the implementation program
- Strengthen results-oriented collaboration between the social and spatial domains and between the organization and societal partners
- Translate collaboration into concrete and actionable agreements that can be implemented in phases
Profile
The activities are carried out within a municipal organization, in collaboration with policy developers in the fields of housing, care, and welfare. Close collaboration is also maintained with contact persons from involved societal organizations. You will work under the supervision of a department head, who also acts as the official client on behalf of another department head. The implementation takes place in close collaboration with the involved policy developers and societal partners.
Performance agreements will be made that must be achieved by the end of the assignment.

- Minimum of 3 years demonstrable work experience in the past 8 years as a project leader, program manager, and/or process manager within a municipality or other government organization
- Demonstrable work experience with developing and/or coordinating an implementation program, policy program, and/or implementation agenda within the social and/or spatial domain

- Minimum of 3 years demonstrable work experience in the past 8 years as a project leader and/or program manager within the social and/or spatial domain of a municipality
- Demonstrable work experience in at least one assignment with developing and/or coordinating an implementation program in the field of housing, welfare, and/or care, where policy objectives have been translated into concrete and actionable actions and agreements
- Demonstrable work experience with connecting the social and spatial domains, collaborating with various internal policy areas
- Demonstrable work experience with guiding collaboration processes with external societal partners, such as housing corporations, care organizations, and/or welfare organizations
Competencies.
- Takes ownership of the process and results, makes clear agreements, and holds stakeholders accountable for responsibilities and agreements made
- Knows how to connect different interests and disciplines and creates support among both internal and external collaboration partners
- Has a good understanding of administrative and official relationships and interests and knows how to advise and act effectively in this regard
- Monitors progress, timeliness, and quality, and specifically aims for achieving concrete results within the set timeframe
