What you do
You work with diverse target groups, including:
- Clients with Severe Multiple Disabilities (EMB)
- Clients with Difficult-to-Understand Behavior (MVG)
- Elderly individuals
You can also choose to work with a single target group at different locations. You quickly switch between locations, teams, and clients, sense the atmosphere, recognize signals, and respond to individual needs. You work from the heart: pure, committed, and with an eye for connection.
What they ask
- An mbo-3 or mbo-4 diploma or a bachelor's degree in care and welfare (or in the final year of your bachelor's program)
- In possession of a driving license and a car to travel between locations
- Flexibility and a sense of responsibility
- Willingness to work in varying shifts: day, late, weekend, and sleeping shifts
