Disability Care Support Worker

As a flexible support worker, you work independently but are part of a close-knit team within a care organization. You work at various locations in the region and choose your own working hours. You can count on the support of colleagues and the team. There is ample room for personal growth.

What you do

You work with diverse target groups, including:

  • Clients with Severe Multiple Disabilities (EMB)
  • Clients with Difficult-to-Understand Behavior (MVG)
  • Elderly individuals

You can also choose to work with a single target group at different locations. You quickly switch between locations, teams, and clients, sense the atmosphere, recognize signals, and respond to individual needs. You work from the heart: pure, committed, and with an eye for connection.

What they ask

  • An mbo-3 or mbo-4 diploma or a bachelor's degree in care and welfare (or in the final year of your bachelor's program)
  • In possession of a driving license and a car to travel between locations
  • Flexibility and a sense of responsibility
  • Willingness to work in varying shifts: day, late, weekend, and sleeping shifts

Preferences.

  • Experience with diverse target groups is a plus
