Robust field logistics are crucial for the deployability of an organization. This role directly contributes to this logistics for personnel and equipment. You are responsible for the expert level of complex technical documentation and material structures in SAP. This forms the basis for large-scale market requests for semi-permanent infrastructure, shelters, and accessories. You will contribute to tenders, sometimes worth tens of millions, where you are responsible for the technical aspect.
Your work ensures that personnel can be safely and functionally housed worldwide in all weather conditions. Within this role, you will work specifically for a logistical organizational unit that manages the equipment crucial for setting up and furnishing operational camps. The assortment ranges from direct-use items, such as the tents themselves, to the essential spare parts needed for field maintenance.
This unit is responsible for these resources from A to Z within the material logistics process, including standardization, maintenance and supply regulations, inventory management, documentation, configuration management, and overall supply chain management.
What you do
- Manage, structure, and validate complex technical documentation for accommodation equipment.
- Prepare input and system plans, and process them in SAP, such as periodic maintenance plans, material lists, and configurations.
- Monitor data quality in close consultation with demanders and procurement.
- Contribute to tenders, focusing specifically on the technical aspect.

- Completed HBO or MBO4 education, with a willingness to demonstrate HBO work and thinking level via a capacity test.
- Strong technical background and willingness to delve into SAP.
