Implementation Consultant
You will be the link between software and customer success. For educational institutions and government organizations, you will understand their processes and ensure they work independently and happily with the software. The role is twofold: functionally, you will map processes, configure the software, and train users; technically, you will ensure data flows in and out of the platform and that integrations with other systems work.
You appreciate the energy of a growing organization with international ambitions, where there is still much to build and where your work is directly visible to the customer.
What you will do.
- You will guide customers through the entire implementation process of software products.
- You will identify requirements, translate them into the best configuration, and deliver what has been agreed upon.
- You will help existing customers get more out of their solution: you will identify areas for improvement, advise on them, and convert them into concrete follow-up agreements.
- You will be part of a team of consultants and work under a Manager of Consultancy & Implementation.
- You will work project-based, monitor scope and planning, provide training and handovers, and complete projects within the agreed timeframe.
- You will hand over to Customer Support and liaise with product teams for requests outside the standard SaaS software.
- You will monitor customer satisfaction during and after the project.
- You will document customer configurations and processes, share knowledge with the team, and continuously optimize working methods.
- Travel to customers and occasional onsite work are part of the job.

- Strong analytical skills: you quickly understand customer processes and know how to align software with them.

- Structured and process-oriented: you plan, organize, monitor scope, and take ownership.
- Commercially aware: you recognize opportunities with the customer and translate them into concrete follow-up agreements.
- Technically proficient: you have experience with APIs, integrations, and data structures, and you can converse with the customer's IT professionals.
- Flexible: you quickly switch between customers, projects, and priorities and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Willingness to travel to customers and work onsite when necessary.
- Affinity with EdTech, education, or assessment is a plus.
