What you will do.
- Support the manager in daily planning and organization.
- Lead and motivate the team on the shop floor.
- Assist with inventory management and placing orders.
- Monitor store presentation and ensure a tidy appearance.
- Resolve operational issues and be the point of contact for employees and customers.
- Assist with cashier duties and other store processes when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality guidelines.
Profile
- Together with your team, you ensure that the store always has a neat, attractive, and customer-friendly appearance.
- You set a good example on the shop floor and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Behind the scenes, you are responsible for coordinating tasks, monitoring and guiding colleagues, and ensuring excellent customer service.
- As the right-hand person to the store manager, you support them in all operational and organizational aspects.
- In the absence of the store manager, you assume full ultimate responsibility and ensure that the store continues to function smoothly.
