What you will do.
- Implement the support plan and recovery goals for clients.
- Guide clients with their general daily (household) tasks, such as personal care and eating and drinking.
- Provide a stable foundation and structure to clients, responding to their personal needs.
- Work with diverse target groups, from (young) adults with autism to elderly individuals with multiple complex psychiatric problems, in both clinical and outpatient settings.
- Encourage clients in their independence and taking control of their own recovery.
