For a residential group at a care organization, a supervisor is sought who primarily wants to work sleep shifts, supplemented by short morning or evening shifts. During the sleep shift, you are present for residents with visual and intellectual disabilities. You ensure a safe and familiar night and are available when residents need support.
In the morning, you help where necessary at the start of the day and carefully transfer care to your colleagues.

Profile
You are approachable, involved, take initiative, and adapt your guidance to various developmental levels.
