Manage the product lifecycle for a suite of mobile modules, serving as the business and functional point of contact.

Coordinate impact analyses regarding legal, security, and technical constraints.
Drive change management activities, including user documentation, training sessions, and second-line support.
Maintain regular reporting on product progress and strategic alignment for program leadership.

Gather and analyze business requirements to translate them into detailed functional specifications.
Model business processes using BPMN to define as-is and to-be states.
Collaborate with internal and external technical partners to ensure the successful delivery of new features.

3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.
3+ years of experience in business process modeling using BPMN.
1+ years of experience in change management and end-user support.
1+ years of experience working within a public sector organization.
Experienced in gathering business requirements and translating them into functional requirements.
Strong communication skills to manage multidisciplinary teams and external suppliers.
A proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented mindset.
Excellent analytical skills with a focus on product value and user needs.
Active knowledge of Dutch, French, and English.
Required studies: Bachelor; Master.
