An organization with a complex operational environment is looking for two SAP profiles who enjoy connecting business processes, end-users, and technology. There are two opportunities within the same team: one for a junior profile eager to develop within SAP, and one for a medior or senior professional capable of independently managing improvement trajectories and projects.
What you will do.
- You support users with functional SAP questions and investigate incidents or recurring problems.
- You analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve existing operations.
- You translate business questions into functional needs and concrete SAP solutions.
- You contribute to optimizations and projects within an SAP S/4HANA environment.
- You coordinate with users, internal IT teams, and external implementation or support partners.
- You support key users with testing, training, documentation, and the implementation of new functionalities.
- You help determine priorities and monitor the progress of improvement initiatives.
- You explore how AI tools can contribute to faster analyses, more efficient support, and better problem-solving.
- As a medior or senior, you independently guide functional analyses, stakeholder consultations, and projects from needs assessment to implementation.
Profile
- Affinity with SAP, business processes, and the interaction between business and IT.
- For the junior position: initial relevant experience, for example through a previous role, internship, or project within SAP.
- For the medior/senior position: demonstrable experience as an SAP Business Analyst, SAP Functional Consultant, SAP Application Specialist, or in a similar functional role.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
- Experience with SAP MM, PP, or QM is interesting, but motivation to further develop in these areas is at least as important.
- Insight into production processes, material planning, MRP, MES, or related operational systems is a bonus.
- Analytical, communicative, and takes initiative.
- Comfortable in a role where operational support and project work alternate.
- Enjoys collaborating with diverse stakeholders and can easily switch between different priorities.
- Occasional international travel does not deter you.
