A specialized service provider is looking for a Project Manager for an international organization. You will take responsibility for various Finance-related projects within a large-scale international transformation program. The portfolio includes initiatives around Finance transformation, ERP implementations, business process improvements, reporting, regulatory, and digitalization.
What you will do.
- End-to-end delivery of multiple projects, monitoring scope, timing, budget, resources, and quality.
- Developing and maintaining project plans, budgets, resource plans, RAID logs, and necessary governance documentation.
- Applying applicable project management and PMO standards.
- Close collaboration with Finance leadership, business stakeholders, IT delivery teams, solution architects, external partners, and system integrators.
- Creating alignment, facilitating decision-making, and acting as an escalation point for project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Responsibility for test management, cutover planning, business readiness, deployment coordination, and go-live governance within implementation projects.

- Demonstrable experience as a Project Manager within complex projects and/or transformation programs.
- Experience with Finance-related projects, Finance transformation, and/or ERP implementations.
- Strong end-to-end project management experience with scope, planning, budget, resources, governance, and RAID management.
- Experience with stakeholder management within Finance, business, and IT.
- Experience with implementation and deployment processes, including testing/UAT, cutover, and go-live.
- Strong communication skills and experience with senior stakeholders.
- Experience within a complex and preferably international project environment.
Preferences.
- Experience with SAP and/or SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience with Finance process improvement and digitalization projects.
- Experience with external vendors and system integrators.
- Experience with formal PMO, stage-gate, and governance processes.
- A relevant Project Management certification.
- Experience within an international corporate environment.
