What they ask
- Master's degree in a specialization where IT and technology play an important role
- Basic knowledge of data streams and API connections
- Experience as a Solution Architect, Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, Solution Analyst, or in a similar role
- Fluent in spoken and written Dutch and English
- Creative problem-solving ability: combine analytical insight with creative thinking to translate complex challenges into feasible solutions, make unexpected connections, explore different scenarios, and come up with innovative ideas that meet the needs of users, researchers, and IT specialists
- Connecting communication: build bridges between people with diverse expertise, communicate clearly with researchers, project partners, and IT specialists, ensure everyone works towards the same goal
