For a growing production environment, a Technical Coordinator is sought to bridge the gap between technology, administration, and organization.
- You ensure that technical installations, parts, and documentation are correctly followed up, directly contributing to the efficient operation of the technical department.
- You will join an organization where collaboration, initiative, and responsibility are central.
- Thanks to short communication lines, you will have the freedom to implement improvements and actively contribute to a more efficient operation of maintenance, inventory management, and technical processes.
What you do
- Asset management: fully map technical installations within the maintenance system and ensure all data is correctly registered.
- Data management: manage and keep technical datasheets, material data, and maintenance histories up-to-date.
- Work preparation: support technicians by making materials available on time and following up on orders.
- Technical warehouse: manage the technical warehouse and ensure a clear and efficient organization of parts.
- Inventory management: contribute to inventory optimization, standardization of parts, and alternatives in case of stock shortages.
- Administration: process work orders, support invoice controls, and ensure correct administrative follow-up.
- Audits: support audits and ensure that necessary documents and information are available.
- Process improvement: detect opportunities to make processes more efficient, clearer, and more manageable.
What they ask
- Technical or technical-administrative education or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience within a technical, administrative, or maintenance-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of machines, parts, maintenance, or technical installations.
- Work accurately, organized, and effortlessly maintain an overview.
- Very good knowledge of Dutch and good knowledge of French.
- Enjoy collaborating with technicians, suppliers, and colleagues from different departments.
Preferences.
- Experience with maintenance software or a digital maintenance system.
- Experience with technical inventory or warehouse management.
- Affinity with technical purchasing and supplier follow-up.
- Forklift experience (training can be provided).
