Dynamics 365 CE Consultant

• You analyze client processes, identify improvement opportunities, and translate them into suitable solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
• You gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and assist clients in making the right choices for their organization.
• You create functional designs, user stories, and process descriptions as a basis for successful implementations.
• You guide implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring solutions align with the client's daily practice.
• You advise clients on innovations within Microsoft Dynamics 365, Copilot, AI, and the Power Platform.
• You collaborate closely with clients and colleagues on continuous improvement, optimization, and adoption of new solutions.

What they ask

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Consultant or a comparable role.
• You enjoy understanding and optimizing processes.
• You are a strong discussion partner for clients.
• You communicate clearly in Dutch, both verbally and in writing.

Preferences.

• Certifications such as MB-280 (or successor AB-210), MB-230, and PL-200 (or successor AB-410).
• Experience in a consultancy environment.
• Experience with customer-focused implementation projects.
• Knowledge of Field Service and Contact Center.
