DevOps Engineer Kubernetes Expert

As part of cloud and infrastructure transformation projects, an experienced DevOps/Cloud Engineer is sought, proficient in Kubernetes environments and the Azure and AWS cloud platforms. The assignment takes place in an an international banking context.

What you will do.

• Design, deployment, and administration of Kubernetes infrastructures (on-premise & AKS)
• Setup and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitLab CI/CD)
• Provisioning of Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and Ansible
• Deployment and configuration of monitoring stacks: Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace
• Incident management (levels 2 and 3), writing post-mortems
• Collaboration with development teams for the deployment of containerized applications
• Implementation of cloud security best practices (certificate management, endpoint privatization, IAM)

• Containerization expertise: Solid understanding of containerization technologies like Docker/Kubernetes
• Automation skills: Proficiency in automation tools like Ansible, Terraform or similar
• Monitoring and logging: Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana
• Security best practices: Knowledge of Kubernetes security best practices
• CI/CD integration: Experience integrating Kubernetes with CI/CD pipelines (Gitlab, Ansible)
• Strong problem-solving/troubleshooting skills and use of APM (e.g., Dynatrace)
• Communication skills
• Experience with cloud providers like AWS, GCP, or OVHCloud is a plus
• Certifications: Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD, CKS) and Red Hat OpenShift certifications are a plus
• Proficiency in Database technologies: Redis, MongoDB
• Experience with CI/CD Pipelines (Gitlab, Ansible, Jenkins)
• Experience with storage tools: S3, ECS, StorageGrid, Minio and log management: ELK
